In case of non-compliance, the entire booking will be lost, and the remaining days will not be available as the booking will be cancelled in its entirety. 2. Obligatory payment of the deposit: a. The pet must pay for the entire booking regardless of the number of days it stays overnight. c. In case of non-compliance, the entire deposit will be forfeited. 6. Additional persons: a. It is important that you select well the people who are going to be accommodated, as there is an exhaustive control on this aspect. b. Any additional person not included in your booking must be paid for at an additional cost. c. In case of non-compliance you will lose the totality of the deposit. 7. Check In a. It is compulsory that the owner of the reservation is present at the time of check in. b. The check in cannot be transferred to a third person, regardless of whether he/she is a guest or not. 8. Return of Deposit a. The deposit is refunded from 8 to 14 working days after your departure as expressly stated in your reservation terms and conditions. b. Without this information we cannot refund the amount because it is required by the financial institution. Until this information is sent we cannot refund the deposit. c.
