The apartment was spacious with two balconies, comfortable beds, powerful aircon for heating, and bright with lots of windows. The kitchen had a kettle, toaster, ceramic stove top, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a kit with cloths, dish soap, cleaning sponge plus washing machine tablets, however it lacked many cooking tools. The neighborhood was quiet at night with orangetrees along every street and close to Mercardo El Carmen about 10 minutes walk away. Bus stops were near the apartment which was approximately 20 minutes walking distance to the city center and communication with ELE was pleasant.
