The upper floor living room features a balcony and views of Plaza de la Merced, Gibralfaro Castle and the Alcazaba. There is also a private bathroom.

Please note that this studio is located on 3rd floor of the building with the living room with kitchenette and bathroom and the bedroom is on 4th floor with an exit door to the shared terrace where the guests go up to have a drink and enjoy the views in the bar, so on Fridays and Saturdays it can be noisy from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. When sending the reservation confirmation, the document must be signed giving consent to the knowledge and acceptance of the special conditions for both noise and voice.
