For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 10€ per set of towels if required by the guest.

- It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors.
- It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building.
- Please, always carry your keys with you. The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9 pm will cost 25 euros.
- Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the case that this happens, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest.
