The apartment was clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed, balcony, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, shower gel, tea, coffee, and salt provided. The location was good with easy access to street parking in the yard or nearby and about a 20-30 minute walk to the city centre and harbour. Carlos was communicative and gave helpful video instructions for key pickup while the building door had some issues opening.
