We stayed in a comfy apartment right in the center, close to food, shops, and sights, and it was quiet too. The lift was a big help for our elderly mom on the 5th floor, and Ana was quick to help when the buzzer got stuck, even giving us keys to open the door ourselves, she also brought a kettle when we asked, and there were plenty of big towels, though a few smaller ones would have been nice.
