The deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before your arrival date, or your reservation will be canceled with a fee. Reservations made on the day of arrival must be made as soon as possible.
Payment of the deposit after this deadline carries a €40 non-refundable penalty.
APARTMENT RULES:

2. Noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, building, and terraces.
4. Littering or littering the building's stairs or terrace is prohibited.
5. Access to the building, apartment, or terrace is prohibited for more people than indicated on the reservation (including visitors).
6. Respect the apartment's check-in and check-out times (until 11:00 a.m.).
