We stayed a week in June in a sunny loft on the fourth floor with elevator, just minutes from Plaza de la Merced. Amador was welcoming and met us to show the apartment and parking, which was super handy since free underground parking nearby was a big plus. The air conditioning, strong shower, and filtered tap water made things comfortable, and having a supermarket and a great tapas spot close by was a bonus.
