The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys).

The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site.

Before arrival you have to 1) complete the online check in and 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out.

Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys.

If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment.

You are welcome to come to our office and storage luggage here while the apartment is ready.

Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival.

In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.

Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance.

A damage deposit of 200 € is required before arrival, this is the minimum amount.

It depends on the type of the apartment booked.

This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard).

You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.

Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels.

While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights.

For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an additional cost.

Bachelor/bachelorette parties and similar events are not allowed.
