We stayed in a classic dorm room that was clean enough with clean sheets, and when we had to switch rooms because of a noisy neighbor, reception helped without any issues. The guy at reception was really friendly, gave us good tips for restaurants and beaches, and even tried to get to know everyone staying there. We also liked that the room used actual keys instead of cards, and the blinds kept the room dark.
